America just turned 250 years old. Did you take note that the decor was more extravagant than the usual July 4th optics? Special 250th clothing was on sale down at the local Walmart. Fireworks were more explosive and plentiful than usual. Well, at least for the localities that did not ban them. Patriotism was on full display. Celebrations were at hand. Yes, America The Beautiful! Even foreign nations wished her a Happy Birthday. Some even with their own firework display.

So how is America doing at such an old age? For most of her life she fared well. She started off on the wrong foot, however. She moved in on the Native Americans and took over the neighborhood. In time ignorant aggression ensued. She, again in ignorance, enslaved The Black Man and treated him like expendable property. This is the impetus that The Left chooses to condemn her with until this very day. Even though America has confessed her sins and has moved on, they choose to continually rip open the wounds to not let them heal. To The Left, it is as if slavery is still alive and well. Well, maybe by their hands it still is (see my series “The Division”), but that is a different story for a different day. She has been attacked and dragged into war numerous times. Pearl Harbor. I remember 9/11 as if it was yesterday. At one point in time disharmony came upon her as brother slaughtered brother. Again, over the ignorance of Man. But aside from these stains, she has fared well. She has been the symbol of Freedom and the beacon of Hope. Many have traversed over land and sea to be here. Even in treacherous conditions. To enjoy the freedoms that she provides. To start a new prosperous life. Whether it would be to travel west to start a farm, a factory in New York City, or a simple restaurant serving up their native foods. Many would come with eager expectations, choosing to enter legally and become citizens. To assimilate into our customs, values, and traditions. Man was in charge of his own destiny in America.

But now, at her ripe old age of 250, she is dying of Cancer. She is terminal. The last breath is unknown. That last breath draws near. 

What type of Cancer does she have? What is slowly killing her?

It started with the Cancer of Apathy. America became too comfortable. Too complacent. The spirit of defense and revolution had died. Gone is The American that would guard against anything that would be a threat to her well being. The man who would take up arms against the ideals that could dismantle the freedom that America represents. The man that would fight and die to preserve the land from outside interference. From nefarious actors on the inside as well. The man that let it be known that it is still We The People. That the politicians are employed by us. His head is no longer on a swivel. It is now locked forward facing with blinders. He became distracted by the circus and games. More concerned with toys and athletes, and less concerned about The Elites slowly chipping away at his freedom and his rights. Then one day he is taken aback that there are Communists and Socialists serving in the seats of power. He is surprised to find that The Government tells him which arms he has a right to bear. That he must use certain words and language in order to not offend the weak. That Christ is dead and His Holy Name shall not be mentioned. That his vote is nothing more than a game because the outcome has already been decided. Elections are now no different than playing the lottery. That nearly half of the money that he breaks his back for goes to fund nonsense and nations overseas, all the while he has to decide between paying his bills or feeding his family. The only solution being that he has to extract himself from his family and become an enigma to the ones that love him, so that he may work a second or third job in order to keep from drowning under the weight of the corpse of the American Dream. He wonders how it got here. How it got this bad. It seems like it was only yesterday that his grandfather built a house and supported his family on one income. All without the government on his back. It seems like that same grandfather and his buddies would never have allowed America to fall into this state. They most certainly would have taken up arms to defend America and to preserve her. To drag from the high towers those that want to destroy the freedoms they fought and bled for. The same Freedom that they watched their buddy die for in bloodied fatigues. Now those same ancestors roll over in their graves as all the modern American Man can bring himself to do is complain about it upon the feed of Fascistbook.

Then, because The American was distracted and did not see The Enemy Within change the locks, The Cancer of Hatred stepped in. There once was a time when Man came from distant lands and crossed vast oceans to become an American. To learn the language and adapt to the American way of life. But now they are told that they no longer have to assimilate. That they even no longer have to come here legally. That they can sneak in under the veil of midnight. To come into a land where everything is handed to them for free, courtesy of the man who is missing half of his paycheck. These people do not come to America to become one with us. They come to take advantage of us. Our Welfare System. Even to flee to the protection of The Sanctuary City if they so choose to break our laws. All the while they enjoy the good life at our expense, waving their native flag in lieu of The Stars and Stripes as they sing “This land was your land. Now this land is my land!”. An invasion that was once an adaptation. They hate America. To them it is a curse in need of a reset. They essentially want to transform our nation into their own homeland. Because America never set into stone an established culture or religion, now everyone wants America to be what they personally want it to be. A million varying opinions and desires clash. In time Chaos ensues. The melting pot is toxic with its immiscible ingredients.

I know that such an argument sounds preposterous. However, did we ever think generations ago that Muslims would be in the seats of power in America? Did we ever believe that Communism and Socialism would be increasingly embraced and elected into office? At this rate anything can happen while The American slumbers.

The true enemy to America is not necessarily other nationalities that seek to ride in on The Trojan Horse. With the goal to dismantle the foundation of America, that she may be reconstructed into the image of their homeland. No. The true enemy to America is The Left. The political ideology as a whole. From The Elites in the ivory towers and the halls of higher education, to The Voice in the mainstream media telling you what to think. That is if you allow them to tell you what to think. Sadly, many do believe their words without thinking for themselves. Without holding these words against opposition to try and test their truth. Many say “These people are the experts. Therefore I believe their gospel”. We then end up with a nation full of Useful Idiots that leave us in disbelief that a functioning human being can be so ignorant and stupid. If The Voice was to say that the sky is green, then chances are that we would find them in the streets protesting against those that say that the sky is blue, calling us Fascist Nazis and Trumptards.

This Leftistism is the poison that resides in the chalice that America sips from. It is the ideology that has slowly slipped in while The American was looking the other way. It is the hatred of an apathetic America. It teaches that America is an anathema because of her sin of slavery. A sin born in ignorance and tradition. Because slavery was not an American invention. It has existed since the dawn of time. Even though they believe otherwise. Yet America realized that Man is equal, and therefore broke the shackles. And because of this sin, America is forever cursed and cannot move on. Or shall we say that The Left will not allow it to move on? Leftism tells us that the foundation of America is flawed and holds Man back. Therefore we need a new nation. One that is not free, but is bound by government control and influence. One that is not Christian. But one that is ecumenical to all faiths, except for Christianity. That is unless it is the liberal Christianity that embraces The Alternative and sheds The Blood of The Innocents. We need to tear down Capitalism. Because unfortunately, in the process of pursuing his own destiny, some men became richer than others. And, according to The Left, no man should be rich (that is, unless, you are one with The Elites. Then you can be rich enough to buy the influence of nations). Therefore the new savior is Communism and Socialism. To have the club of greedy and corrupt politicians play the part of Robin Hood. Take from the rich and give to the poor. Such is appealing to The Useful Idiots. Because many of them have failed at succeeding with their Gender Studies Degree. Yet, because they are unable to exercise common sense, they do not realize that such economic models always fail. Why? Because, I must confess, it does look good on paper. However, the reason why it always fails is because when you give your money to people that love wealth and power, chances are it will magically disappear in their hands. There is a reason why steak and champagne is served in the ivory towers of Communist and Socialist nations, while the populace stand in line to beg for stale bread and swill.

The Left then encourages the removal of the foundation of America. The traditions, customs, ideals, and Faith that built her from a modest upstart to the most powerful nation on the planet. Because such ideals are toxic to total government control and authoritarianism. Did we not notice that during the time of The Sickness it was leftist politicians that forced the shutdown of American territories? States, cities, counties. The ones that told you to lock yourself into your home or else, all the while they enjoyed the beauty salons and local eateries? Did we not notice that it was a Democrat Presidential administration that floated the idea of forcing Americans to get The Needle or else? Because that is how an authoritarian government operates. Rules for thee and not for me. And the ideology and identity of what America has stood for stands juxtaposed with the desires of The Left. Therefore, the only way to change her is to destroy the foundation that she has always rested upon. This is why not just are the rights of speech, religion, and bearing arms problematic for The Left, but so are the basic principles of a functioning society. Such as family and gender norms. To destroy the foundation, you must make unstable that which binds it together. This is why The Left constantly sows the seeds of Chaos and Confusion.

At the end of the day The American, the Conservative Patriot, stands there looking like a fool. Waving his American Flag that is now deemed offensive according to The Left. Wearing his “America 250th” shirt and his “1776” ball cap. Yelling “Freedom!!! ‘Merica baby!!! If you don’t like it, then you can pack your bags and leave!!!” Completely blinded to the fact that this “Freedom!!!” is nothing more than an illusion. As Data Centers arise against the wishes of the populace. Yet, the powers that be refuse to listen and grant the right to their construction anyway. He waves his flag in the pupil of One Thousand Eyes, as Flock Cameras practically appear overnight as he slumbers. On street corners and in corn fields. Without permission. Our devices track us and listen in as we grant permission to One Thousand Ears in the name of convenience and entertainment. Many of his kind will say “Revolution!!! When will we take our country back???” But, no matter how large and oppressive our government may become, no matter how much of a raging beast that it feeds itself to be, there will never be a revolution. Because The Conservative Patriots cannot gather in the shadows to discuss without One Thousand Eyes and One Thousand Ears noticing. Then treason will be thy sentence. Prison. Or maybe you will simply “disappear”. And The System has a way to make your existence and history into nothing more than a myth.

Freedom is dead. Wicked and powerful men have had far too much influence. It only took about 200 years. America has been on life support since.

Now The American, the Conservative Patriot, sits by the bed of a dying America. Hope being kept alive by the constant beep of the heart monitor. His head bowed in prayer to God to save her, not realizing that he has the ability to make change himself. To stay the downward spiral and to allow her to regain her strength and heal. But Fear, Comfort, and Complacency hold back his hand. Yet, he watches nervously at the shadowy figure of The Left standing in the corner. Grinning as it has its hand on the plug.
