Affirmative may be justified
Take from one give to another
The goal is to be unified.
Take my hand be my brother
The payment silenced the masses
Sanctified by oppression
Unity took a backseat
Sliding further into regression
Society blind by color
Why hold down one to raise another
Discrimination now on both sides
Seeds of hate blossom further
The world is heading for mutiny
When all we want is unity
We may rise and fall, but in the end
We’ll meet our fate together
-Scott Stapp, One
Imagine for a moment if you will. A confrontation. The White Man, keeping to the alleyway in the Darkness of Midnight, has suddenly come across The Black Man. Words are exchanged. A couple of knives are introduced to the conversation. Crimson runs into the gutter, mingling together. Further down the way, a young man sees the flow. “Who’s blood is this?” he asks. Little does he know that there is more than one “who” being poured out. Because he cannot distinguish what he has seen. It all looks the same. Meanwhile back upstream, they both lay in the street staring into each other’s eyes. With their cold glance, it seems as if they are saying “Gotcha! Now die.” But somewhere deep within the recesses of their hearts, where prejudice clouds the mind, they are truly saying “I am sorry!”. In time their bodies will be discarded into the earth, where both will return to dust. Maybe the day will come that they are exhumed. As they raise the casket lids, they will find almost identical skeletal remains. None of which will tell the story of who they once were. None of which will tell the color of the flesh.

Before I continue, you may say that I am a racist for assuming that if The White Man was to traverse the alleyways of The Black Community in the Darkness of Midnight, that there would be the likelihood that someone may come upon him and something may happen. Let us not pretend anymore that the elephant has left the room. We are all adults here and we all know the truth that so many are afraid to admit to. The fact is that The White Man walking in the shadows of an all black neighborhood is just as welcome as The Black Man walking through a redneck trailer park veiled by the darkness of the early morning hours. That is where we are. That is where we have always been. That is where we will always be. Since the nations have hated the Jew, since the Jew has hated the Samaritan, all the way to The White Man hating The Black Man and vice versa. It is human nature. Such hatred has existed since The Earth drank of Abel’s blood. Sadly it will continue until The End.
Critical Race Theory has become a religion to The Left. A passion project that they are willing to die for. It falls in line with the normalization of The Alternative and the allowing of Woman to spill the Blood of The Innocent. The fearmongering of The Sickness and Skyfall cannot be ignored as well. All of which is rooted in the deception of Lies and The Decay of Man. As his mind becomes debased and worthless. Unable to function as intended. The Division has spread throughout the world as the cancer that it is. Dividing Man and creating Chaos wherever it may roam. It has not just permeated through the streets, airwaves, and the halls of education, but it has also crept into the pews of The Church. Many a black preacher has preached for justice for The Black Man, and have condemned the privilege of The White Man. Even The White Man is not immune. David Platt too has bowed the knee and repented for the shell that God has placed him in. He too has excoriated The White Man’s privilege. He once recognized the One True God. But now he follows the different god of The Left, rebranding it with the name of Yahweh. In time (we hope), The Prodigal Sons will return home.
“So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.”
-Genesis 1:27

In the beginning, God created Man in His image. Adam and Eve. Two people that were more than likely not black or white. In time they produced. After the Great Flood, when Sin was drowned into the depths of the seas, Noah’s family began the repopulation of Earth. As Man spread across the Middle East (and ultimately the globe), he began to adapt and change to his surroundings. Skin tones. Physical characteristics. The only thing that remains the same is the structure of the body and the crimson that flows through the veins. To put it into perspective- as gossip travels, the story finds itself twisted. Words are changed. Maybe even names are altered. Details may disagree. But the root foundation of the story remains. This is much like the story of Man. Our foundation is tied into the original design. But we have become diverse as our story gets retold through time and region.
Many on The Left, Platt included, focus their eyes upon the plight of The Black Man. Stating that the existence of The White Man is all that is needed to oppress him. And that said oppression is the ultimate sin and needs to be dealt with. That it is an injustice that has existed since The Black Man was brought here on slave ships. To them this injustice can only be corrected by casting down The White Man in vengeance. To lay the guilt upon him. To stand in adoration as its weight causes him to collapse and fall prostrate. Until he is ultimately crushed. Until, in time, he is ultimately replaced. They have even invoked the name of Christ in their twisted game. The Left probably would imagine Jesus standing with them in the streets. Throwing bricks and Molotov cocktails through the window. Crying out for justice against the evil White Man. Fighting to lift The Black Man out of the blight. Standing upon the podium with The Elites as they make their broken promises for hope and change. But their jesus is not The Christ. The last person that I saw them exalt was their messiah, George Floyd.
Oppression is The Left’s focal point in almost any situation in life. From illegal immigrants, to LGBTQ, to The Black Man. Someone is always being oppressed. Typically, they argue, it is The White Man holding everyone hostage. Especially straight Christian white men. They even oppress women. Therefore the remedy for that is feminism. However, what is the Truth about oppression? In reality, a debased mind entranced by narratives and agendas cannot speak its truth because such a mind has fallen victim to the lies perpetrated by The Left. So, more importantly, what does God’s Word say about it? It should be noted that there are three major seasons in The Word where someone was being oppressed.
First, we scale back the hands of time to observe Israel under the chains of Egypt. It was a great blessing that God had cast upon Jacob through Joseph. To bring his family into Egypt to avoid starvation. To begin the process of building the great nation of Israel. Yet, in time they had gone from God’s chosen to God’s forgotten. Not by God. No. But by Pharaoh. The name of Joseph had faded from sun kissed lips. The new normal was a people enslaved by a mighty government. A new generation that had known no better. The blessing of God’s provision and promises had only become a fable. All they knew now was oppression. Second, we move the hands of time forward to the Babylonian captivity. A whole nation voided of God’s protection. Captured and dragged through the sand into a foreign culture. New languages were learned and sacred rituals were compromised. Israel was expected to bow before men and idols. To renounce their only God. To do otherwise would have been to perish within the white hot flames. Third, we move forward on the timeline to the age of Christ. A time where Israel walked the streets of Jerusalem under the watch of The Roman Empire. Where hearts were unsettled at the sight of Gentile and Pagan soldiers roaming amongst them. Making certain that God’s people fell in line with Caesar’s law. Only being given enough slack on the chain to give them the illusion that they could possibly be free. Three instances where God’s people were oppressed by another. Where intimidation was the law of the land.
One may say, “But yes! Look at how God dealt with them. For he is opposed to oppression!”. That may be so. His Word has much to say about it. However, the questions that we have to ask are “How did Israel get there and how did God liberate them from their oppression?”.
First, Israel was saved from famine by the grace and mercy of Egypt. This through the favor that Joseph held with Pharaoh. In time the said favor was lost and had met its grave. People died. Leadership changed. God’s people were no longer sacred. But they were viewed as a subhuman race. Only good for toil and despair. To be destroyed if they broke the fetters. Sound familiar? Yet God remembered them. He remembered His covenant and made the choice, some 400 years into suffering, to set them free. However, His purpose should not be ignored. It was that they may be set free to create a sacred nation that would worship Him as their One True God. Not to set them upon a life of ease. As a matter of fact, their journey in the wilderness was full of adversity. It was only by their faltering Faith that they managed to survive by the skin of their teeth. One may think that God buried Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea as punishment for their oppression. But that is not the case. The reason for their watery grave was because of Pharaoh’s obsession with enslaving Israel. He could not let them go. Even after relenting, he still made the choice to pursue them to the ends of the earth. Had he let them go the first time Aaron and Moses stood before the throne, then Egypt would never have tasted the first plague. It was not oppression that had done Pharaoh in. It was not oppressing The Jews that led to his demise. It was because he stood in the way of God fulfilling His promise to Israel. His desire was to keep God’s people away from God.
Second, we must remember that Israel being led into Babylon was not the result of Babylon desiring to capture them for the purpose of oppressing them. God allowed this as punishment for Israel’s passionate pursuit of idolatry and blasphemy. They had been warned by numerous prophets. However, they chose the flesh. Time eventually outran their blessings as God had enough. During their 70 years of oppression God used them to permeate Babylon’s idolatrous worldview. And He used Babylon to awaken them. From unscathed men walking from the furnace, to lions mouths sealed shut, to hands writing on the wall. It was apparent as to who the One True God was. And it was apparent that He was in their midst. After their time of punishment had passed, they were allowed to return and rebuild when Babylon was conquered. They had learned their lesson. That dumb idols will succumb to the furnace. However, God did not destroy Babylon for the act of oppression.
Finally, we come to the oppressed people of Israel under the rule of Rome. The Jews had heard through The Scriptures of The Messiah. A man that would come in the name of Deliverance. They had the preconceived notion that another King David would ride into town. Tall, dark, and handsome. Bearing armor with shield and sword by his side as he rode in on a noble steed. That the purpose was to overthrow the Roman Empire. Maybe it was when He turned the tables of the money changers? Maybe it was when He had requested a table be prepared in the upper room? Maybe it was in these moments that the disciples thought that He was going to finally lay out the plan? To strategize? To say “Peter, you and your men come from the west. John, you take Matthew and your men and come in from the south…”? They must have been chomping at the bit. Constantly watching and wondering “When?”. Anticipating the day that He would restore The Kingdom. However, the Kingdom of God was indeed at hand. But not in governance. Not in the people. It was before their eyes in the form of Christ. They were looking for the Kingdom of Israel. He brought the Kingdom of God. They were looking for a revolution. He was looking for repentance. They were looking for salvation from Rome. He gave Salvation from Sin.
Egypt was allowed to oppress Israel for a season. Maybe it was to allow them to see where they once were in comparison to where God was taking them. But it was Pharaoh’s obsession with enslaving them that led to his demise. Not the oppression in and of itself. Babylon was allowed to oppress Israel for a season. It was because they would not turn from idolatry and it was time for God to show them how serious the first commandment really is. But it was the end of the appointed time that allowed the release of Israel back into The Promised Land. Not the oppression in and of itself. Rome was allowed to oppress Israel for a season. However, Jesus was not concerned with the oppression of rule. He was concerned with the oppression of Sin. In time Rome collapsed under its own weight. Not because of the Hand of God righting the injustice of oppression. We must remember that Man is and will always be oppressed. From slavery, to the necessary careers that we cannot escape. Maybe such necessity puts us in a position that brings misery to our lives. Maybe it is long hours or multiple jobs because we are bound to such just to make ends meet. Oppressed by Life itself. We may be oppressed by oppressive regimes, to crushing taxes. From debt, to fighting to stay out of debt. From sickness, to death. Something or someone will always own us. But it is always just a season. Whether it ends in a few years, or when we breathe our last. But such a season pales in comparison to Eternity.
The Left has created The Division for the purpose of staying in power and control. They exploit The Black Man’s plight for the sake of the vote. To appease him with broken promises of reparations and a welfare state. They also weaponize The Black Man to send him into the streets to shred the fabric of society when something like the death of Saint George Floyd occurs. Proclaiming that they are for The Black Man and that to put his faith into The System will right the injustices that The White Man has committed just for existing. That they, under equality and equity, will put The Black Man upon the same pedestal that The White Man has stood upon for millennia. To tear down America and establish a new Marxist regime would require the dividing of Man and the creation of a new civil race war. However, only success can be granted if the will of the opposition is defeated. So The Left excoriates The White Man. Hammering him with guilt and shame for sins that he never committed. Until he bows in defeat, afraid to speak out against the fires that are burning around him. Until he is given the option to join The Division and tear himself down, all the while being the loudest voice in the streets against White Privilege. Until he either conforms to the narrative, or allows the narrative to destroy him. But ultimately the goal for The Left is to use race to oppress all of Man. That way they can step in and crush him under the oppression of their own power and greed. Until we all eventually fall to the same plight as The Black Man, wondering how we could have allowed socialism and communism to creep in and swallow us alive.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed”
-Jesus Christ

I had mentioned in Part III that there was only One solution to this madness. The madness of The Division of Man. Only One Way to truly create racial harmony and peace. Because the purpose of The Division is to sow division and hatred. To bring war and bloodshed into our streets. That Way is for The Left to come to a saving faith in The Lord Jesus Christ. I understand that this statement is a cliche. When we see wickedness come forth from a person, we tend to say “That person needs Jesus!”, or “Let us pray for their Salvation!”. However, to accept Christ leads to the acceptance of God as the Godhead, which in turn leads to the indwelling Holy Spirit, which removes the scales from their eyes and allows them to see Truth. God’s Truth not just from The Word, but also through conviction.
Let us for a moment look at The Useful Idiots. These are the common people. Those that protest in the streets things in which they have no idea what they are protesting. Those that follow each word that The Voice speaks to the letter. Without requesting evidence or thought. Those that cannot think for themselves. Those that believe that The Division will create peace and reconciliation among Man. Those that cannot see what The Elites are doing. Yet, if exposed, still refuse to accept the truth because The Elites are their gods. These are the ones that keep voting the same corrupt and incompetent politicians into office over and over again and yet are dumbfounded that their cities collapse at the same time that these elites become millionaires. They are Idiots because common sense doesn’t meet with them often. They are Useful because their lack of knowledge and understanding allows them to be used as pawns in The Left’s game. They will believe and do anything that The Left tells them. But let us say these people as a whole accepted Christ. They accepted God as fact and His Word as more than a fable. What would happen? First, they would understand that there is no White Man and Black Man. That there is just Man. One race. One blood. That we are all created in the image of God and derive from one ancient lineage. They would not allow The Division to take hold. They would see such efforts from Evil foundations as a threat and would choose to either ignore it or defeat it accordingly. Second, because we are all brethren, we would care for each other. We would no longer blame another for our shortcomings, but either admit to our own faults or accept them for what they are. We would no longer covet and be envious of what our neighbor has in light of what we have not. Those that have riches would help out those that struggle. Instead of dividing ourselves by class and then creating heroes and villains, we would be thankful for where we are when we are on the mountain, or on our knees when we are in the valley. As we would come together as one race, our principles would be guided by Christ, not by corrupt and evil elites that seek to destroy for personal gains. We would see The Division as not a means for justice and salvation, but for what it truly is. And we would see The Father of Lies, or The Accuser, as the conductor to the symphony of destruction’s broken melodies.
Even greater than this, imagine if The Left and The Right all came to Christ. No more Lies. No more wars. No more political games. No more greed or power. Just a desire to see that Man is unified. A desire to see peace. Just imagine if we all realized that we are one. Imagine if we gave it all up to God. Imagine the song if we were all in tune with him.
“Then Peter opened his mouth and said: ‘In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.’”
-Acts 10:34-35
We know that this will never be. A worldwide revival? A Salvation that touches the heart of every Man? The Revelation reveals to us that even at the moment that the sky will be rolled up as a scroll, The Unredeemed will shake their angry fists at God. They will allow their pride and wickedness to bury humility and repentance. Because Evil must live on as the antithesis to God. That we may choose Love, or choose Hate. So until the moment that the trumpets sound, we will have to live with it. To live within our own destiny. Whether it is poverty or riches. Peace or strife. We must come to understand that we truly are oppressed. By government. By circumstance. By Life itself. Even if we strive to prevail above the chains, we are never guaranteed liberty. We are never guaranteed the life that we desire. A place that we may yearn to be.
However, we are guaranteed Salvation from the chains of Sin’s bondage. And Christ is The Way.
The only Way.
“My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory. If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself,’ you are doing well. But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.”
-James, the brother of Jesus
