Alan Jackson once sang “Where were you when the world stopped turning on that September day?” I remember where I was. 

It was a Tuesday. I was training to be a meter reader in Raleigh, North Carolina. Nothing seemed suspicious that day. Nothing seemed different. Nothing out of the ordinary. We parked by the Federal Building and walked to some of the outlying areas of downtown. When we returned to the truck there were federal agents everywhere. Frantic. The activity piqued my interest. Soon thereafter we drove to the rough part of town. Every city has one. Drug addicts. Prostitutes. They were everywhere outside. Walking around dazed and confused. I thought to myself “They’re going to kill us. And on my birthday at that!” The young and much thinner twin to Dale Earnhardt reached over and turned on the radio. What on earth were they talking about? World Trade Centers collapsing? Jets down? The radio said that all flights have been grounded. I looked up. The sky was eerily and abnormally quiet. We were catching audible glimpses throughout the day of what was transpiring. No music would be heard that day. I was greatly concerned. Doppelgänger Earnhardt didn’t seem to care. He didn’t care to engage in conversation about it. Eventually we made our way back to the shop. The receptionist was watching TV as tears streamed down her face. For the first time my eyes bore witness to what my ears were unable to see until now.

Americans came together. Politicians from both sides sang patriotic songs on the steps to The Capitol. American Flags went up in droves. Young men enlisted to protect their homeland from facing this atrocity again. As well as to seek a little vengeance. Churches became standing room only. Lee Greenwood became a household name again. New patriotic songs were written and sung. In the shadow of such a great and infamous tragedy we became as one. Hands lifted and shoulders were wept upon. We were all American. We were strong. With the exception of the terrorist networks and their sympathizers, all other nations had our back.

22 years later…

I had written years ago a series titled “Decay”. I recently reposted it here. I am uncertain as to when I had written it. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 2016-2017 I suppose. I’m too lazy to check, I suppose. However if you were to read it now you would have thought that I had written it yesterday. The same mindset applies. The complete and total decay of the mind of mankind. Minds that become debased and worthless. Unable to function in a normal fashion. Untethered to any semblance of Truth. Unhinged and drifting away from reality until it meets its demise in an unknown void. Somewhere.

If another 9/11 happened on our soil tomorrow, I have no doubt that the results would be far different.

Recently something similar to the terrorist attacks happened on the soil of Israel. Terrorists from Hamas came right into Israel. A plan that had been coordinated for some time. Executed on unsuspecting and innocent civilians. Innocent concert goers were gunned down. Babies were beheaded. Women were raped and murdered. Incapacitated were burned alive in their homes. Bullets into skulls. Many died. Many were taken hostage where, without a doubt, such vile men without a soul tortured them. A normal day for Israel where lives were lived as usual was suddenly and violently disrupted.

It does not matter what one’s view is of the history between Israel and Palestine. Some have knowledge of their history and the significance of each in the eyes of God. Some are completely ignorant and believe that it is over a land dispute and that somehow such dirt is owed to Palestine by the Jews. But what happened across the seas left many in disbelief. America was a good example. Did we come together in support of the innocent victims of this atrocity? Did we unite to mourn? Did we renounce terrorism like what was once done for us? No. We became divided. An art form that our “United” nation is quickly perfecting.

On one side there were people sickened as to what had happened. They were greatly concerned as they wept and pondered “Are we next?”, all the while standing in solidarity to renounce evil. They supported Israel. They recognized that the shedding of innocent blood and the terror that ensued is not a thing to behold with an admiring eye. 

However, there was the other side. They cheered. They cried out that Israel got what she deserved. They supported the terror. They got great joy in beheaded babies and grandmothers burning alive. They enjoyed the raping of women and bullets greeting the skulls of those that opened the door. They protested when Israel struck back. Israel was supposed to lay down and allow themselves to be destroyed. This reaction happened worldwide. These people with no soul and a seared conscience. Even the “Christians” on the green colored social media platform that I had mentioned in my previous post, “What Should We Do With Those Pesky Jews?”, had accused the Israeli government of using AI to generate false images of the invasion in order to start a war with those “innocent” Hamas terrorists. They faulted Israel for the collateral damage that resulted from their retaliation against Palestine. Never mind the innocent Jews that fell the day that hell had descended upon them. Hitler grins.

What had happened in early October 2023 was appalling to anyone whose mind is still operating as it was intended. Such people were angry and were stricken with grief. An attack on innocent civilians that were just living out their lives. An attack by a group that hates Israel and wants to wipe them from the face of the earth. We can say that it is over land. But it is much more than that. Yet we bore witness to debased minds. Minds that can no longer function. That celebrated when the innocent were slaughtered. We bore witness to people defending terrorists for their right to kill. Terrorists, mind you. There have even been people of The Alternative that stepped out stating their support for Hamas. Even to the point of desiring to live in Palestine. Nevermind what they do to such people over there. But when your mind can no longer function then you cannot see common sense.

So what is happening?

Worthless is the debased mind. It no longer recognizes normal function. Therefore it can no longer delineate between fact and fiction. Between right and wrong. Good and evil. It can no longer see black and white. Only gray as everything is mixed and muddled. Such a mind does not recognize absolute truth and therefore creates its own. If their reality states that the sky is green and the grass is red then so be it. If a woman can transform into a man and then we find that “men can get pregnant” then so be it. If a white person is a racist simply for being born white then so be it. If a child is a cat because they identify as one then so be it. If the sky is falling and the only way to save us is to crunch cockroaches between our molars then so be it. If murdering unborn babies is considered health care then so be it. And you cannot debate them with facts as they scream at you. Their mind is broken down and locked into an alternate dimension. They refuse to step back into reality and hear Truth.

These minds degrade because of the lack of God. Can you recognize normalcy and reality apart from Him? Yes. There will be many that have not bent the knee at The Cross that will not bend the other knee to such absurdity and mockery of life. However, when your mind is open and left to drift, it is easy for The Enemy to take hold of it and carry it away. To fill it with harmful lies. He is the Father of Lies after all. From teachers and instructors, celebrities, The Elite, and The Voice, they are taught foolishness from bad actors with evil intentions. Intentions that mock God and destroy His plan and design for mankind. They are part of the plan for the degradation of man. These minds accept what they are taught because they have nothing true to anchor to. Therefore they are tossed to and fro by the latest talking points and agendas. They cry out that it is true because they are told so. Because their minds are broken they are no longer able to think for themselves. Wicked men do the wicked thinking for them.

Without God they certainly cannot recognize that the color of His created sky is set. They cannot recognize basic biology and that there are only two genders despite how much one may “alter” facts with mutilation. They cannot recognize that we were all created differently in the image of God and that racism is an idea, not an inherited trait. They cannot recognize that humans cannot be animals. They cannot recognize that God gave us animals to eat and that the Skyfall will only happen when He stops sustaining it. They cannot recognize that the “clump of cells” is indeed a created and growing life and to stop that which He has planned is murder. With God they will see Truth because He is Truth. They will certainly recognize that Hamas murdering and raping innocence is not a thing to behold with an admiring eye.

If 9/11 was to happen again on our shores, I have no doubt that it would be different. Gone would be the unity. The oneness of America coming together in the shadows of Death. Dead would be the spirit of collective triumph. Everyone would be too busy tearing at each other with blame. Pointing to political affiliations. Blaming races and genders. Religious fault lines shifting.  Destructive words and threats freely traversing through Fascistbook and X. Even those of the platform that has a thing for frogs would be quick to say that the Jews were behind it. Bricks through windows as American dreams burn down brighter than 2020’s “Summer of Love”.

Without The Light to lead and The Foundation to grasp, then it is only inevitable that The Dark One will lead you astray into a perverse abyss. Into a world that will slowly collapse upon you as you cheer for destruction.
